Most private events are priced at a base rate (which can vary depending on number of guests and size of venue), with a 3 hour minimum service time. Base package includes everything listed below. For more elaborate events/celebrations, all of our amazing add-on services are also available and can be added at additional charge.

Wedding Packages

We offer several packages to fit every wedding occasion - from our basic Diamond Package to the premium VIP Package, and all of our packages include the best in sound/lighting to help make your wedding day amazing. Some things to consider when deciding which package/options are the best fit are: how long you need us for (from when guests arrive until the end of the evening), the number of locations you need sound and audio at, the number of guests and size of the dance floor (higher end packages include larger sound systems and subwoofers), and the amount of ambient and dance lighting you need to create the experience you imagine. We use the absolute best in sound, lighting, DJ, and audio gear to make sure every wedding sounds and looks amazing. All packages are customizable and you can add additional time to any package.

Diamond PLUS Package

$1,600.00

This package moves beyond our basic packages and starts adding some venue/architectural lighting options. These have become so popular and add so much to the wedding experience that most couples choose one of these three packages. The Diamond Plus adds ten wireless DMX uplights (which not only add to the look of the reception, but add to the dance experience), one wireless pinspot light (to keep the dessert table highlighted once the natural and overhead lighting drops), as well as upgrades to the sound and lighting systems. A good wedding package!

An excellent package for couples looking for a high-end DJ presentation. A great wedding package!

This is our best package and is tailored for couples who want to create a wedding experience that guests will be talking about long after the night is over! This package builds upon our Platinum Wedding Package by adding more venue lighting, choice of additional lighting options (digital monogram or moving head lighting), coverage for a 4th location (if needed), and more time (if needed). This package can really transform venues/locations into spectacular productions, and is the only package to include moving head lighting on uplit totems. The best wedding package!

This is our no-frills two-location wedding package. Includes our full ceremony setup as well as the reception setup. Ceremony setup can be used to cover cocktail hour as well (in most cases), giving you three locations of coverage. Includes two wireless microphones and standard dance floor lighting, but no venue lighting (uplighting, pinspots, etc).

Wedding DJ + Photobooth Packages

We are adding to our Photo Booth options for 2024! We will now be featuring our Premium Open Air Booth as well as our new Social Photo Booth as well! With that in mind we are simplifying our DJ + Photo Booth package to the following:

Any DJ Package plus our Premium Open Air Booth (3 hours)

adds $695 ($795 stand-alone pricing)

  • Our premium Open Air Photo Booth includes your choice of 15 backdrops, customizable photo strips (choose from 14 amazing templates or we can help design a custom one for you!), a great selection of new and high quality props, unlimited prints, unlimited downloads (via online gallery - available 3 days after the event), and one of our fun and personable photo booth operators!

  • Can also add additional hours if requested (additional charge applies)

  • Can have the booth set for ‘fashion mode’ (if requested)

  • Can have the booth set for black and white prints (if requested)

Any DJ Package plus our new Social Open Air Booth (4+ hours)

adds $495 ($595 stand-alone pricing)

  • Our new social booth is a smaller stand-alone unit and doesn’t include prints or an operator, but does send out instant digital prints to guest’s phones and can be setup for the entire reception or corporate/private event!

  • Photos are also uploaded to the online gallery

  • Choice of 15 backdrops to choose from

  • Some props can be included as well.


Individual Services:

Available as add-ons to any package or a la carte.

  • Wireless Uplighting: We use the latest and brightest uplights for the best in DMX controlled wireless RGBAWUV uplighting. Our light shows are controlled via wireless DMX for the very best lighting experience.

  • Wireless Pinspot Lighting: This is a mini ‘soft light’ spotlight mounted on a single stand, which illuminates the cake, centerpiece, or dessert table to add focus and focal point to a wedding or event.

  • Cold Spark Effects (new for 2023): Our cold sparks take your wedding or event to the next level, and adds a wow factor to all events. Cold Sparks simulate the flames/sparks from your favorite rock concert (they shoot up to 15 feet high), except the spakrs run cold (no heat!). This means they are safe for guests, and since they produce no heat are safe for all venues. Each Sparkular contains about 20 minutes of powder per unit, so we can use them throughout the entire event to highlight special moments and dance floor high points.

  • Custom Monogram Lighting : We use the finest third party vendor to make sure our monograms meet our high standards. Please allow 7 days for design and manufacture of monogram. We offer two gobo monogram options: our standard 35 watt gobo projector (great for mid-size events) and our pro-level 50 watt gobo projector (for larger events and more elaborate designs).

  • Digital Monogram Lighting : We use a high end 5000 lumen, full-HD projector, which allows us to create animated and extremely detailed monograms.

  • Moving Head Lighting: Moving heads are high end lighting fixtures that project moving color gobo images around the dance floor. Moving heads provide a club-like experience and add a high end look to any event. They are mounted on either 6 foot backlit truss (or 6 foot customized stands) and add a wow factor to the dance floor. We use new Chauvet Intimidator Series movers for a bright and upscale look.

  • Wireless/Battery Powered Ceremony Services: We use a Yeti & Bluetti Lithium Portable Power Stations for ‘power-free’ ceremony setups (up to 1 hour).

  • Slideshow Setups: includes an HD 5000 lumens projector, Projector stand, 6x6 Projection Screen, & laptop for great looking slideshows and videos.

  • Live Sound Setups and Additional Location Audio Coverage: Are you having musicians or a live band at your wedding? Is your wedding taking place at multiple locations around your venue’s property? No problem! We can setup multiple powered speakers and sound setups to cover ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, as well as micing musicians for clear live audio.

  • Premium Open Air Photo Booths: Our photo booths include a great selection of high quality and fun props, customizable photo strips, choice of backdrops (including fixed frame stretch fabric backdrops), unlimited prints and downloads, professional table linen, online gallery, and fun attendant!

  • Social Open Air Photo Booths (new for 2024): Our Social Booth is a standalone booth, with a smaller footprint than our Premium booth. It sends digital prints to guests, and looks very fun and modern. The Social booth can fit in smaller spaces than our Premium booth, and can also be wireless (battery powered as well). Since it is unattended, it can be setup for longer than our Premium booth (always open during the event).

  • Effect Lighting (Water Ripple & Blacklighting): For special events and grand openings, we can create water ripple effects (with the Chauvet Abyss), and for school or private events, we can provide blacklighting ‘glow in the dark’ effect lighting with multiple high power UV light bars.
